We have been working to implement a number of new features and changes. The
following list is a highlight of our off-season work. Many of these features
and changes were a direct result of comments from you. At Coach O Registration we
remain committed to listening and learning how our services can better meet
your needs.
New Features
Main Menu Help: Brief statements have been added to
the Main Menu to make the process easier to understand.
Main Menu Calendar: A calender, showing each meet,
the dates on-line entry opens & closes, the type of meet and
the location of the meet is now available at the bottom of the Main Menu.
Roster changes: You can now mark an athlete as
Not participating. This will leave the athlete on your
roster, but he/she will not be listed or made available to enter events. To re-activate
the athlete, so he/she can enter events, just change the gender code
from Not participating to Male
or Female. To remove an athlete from your roster, a
Delete athlete function has been added. Athletes
should only be deleted from your roster if they are no longer a part of your club/team.
Athletes who have been entered in events can normally not be removed from the roster.
Relay Minimum The minimum number of athletes on a relay can now be set. With this set to 4, at least 4 athletes must be placed on a relay for the relay entry to be accepted. The default is 1.
Re-use a meet setup request You can now take advanage of the time spent on previous Meet Setup Requests. All setups
are now archived for easy re-call. Meet dates and contact information, fees, etc. can easily be changed. This feature will be especially helpful to organizations that host the same meet with the same events each year.
