For meets at this web site entry/declaration forms are created from results of qualifier meets. Coaches may add relay runners & relay alternates to a club roster. All qualifiers from previous competitions will be placed on rosters and on entry forms by meet management based upon the advancement rules.

1. Select a function from the menu on the left. 2. Click on your teams name. 3. Click CONTINUE. How the AAU JO entry process works
1 Revise contact information after the teams have been added to the list of qualifiers by meet management, the contact record can be updated.	List of Qualifiers Only declare a specific athlete on the club selected. Relay events do not appear on the declaration form when using this option.. Only pay for a specific athlete on the club selected. Only view the entry of specific athlete on the club selected. Only report on a specific athlete on the club selected.
2 Revise roster Your roster will be created by meet management from the certified results. You may make roster corrections that do not affect an event entry. A club coach may add relay runners & relay alternates.
3 Declare athletes in events declare athletes on the roster in events or make revisions to a prior declaration
4 Pay entry fee after an entry/declaration has been submitted, pay entry fee on-line
5 View entry/declaration after an entry/declaration has been submitted, use this function to view & print your entry at any time
6 Where are you staying after you have submitted your entry and paid your fees use this function to tell us where you are staying
